After failing to garner any type of crowd on Bullwinkle's tour, Boris hires Grace, a digital marketer, to promote Bullwinkle on the internet. Grace turns out to be a counter-intelligence agent and foils Boris and Natasha's spying activities. Bullwinkle quits the tour and returns with Rocky to Frostbite Falls.
