The Question Returns #1

DC's 1997 special brings back the faceless vigilante in style, with Dan Brereton's moody, painterly cover showing the Question striding forward in his signature hat and trenchcoat — blank-faced and utterly unfazed — as a ring of armed hands closes in around him from every direction. The tagline says it all: "…because some remain unanswered." Dennis O'Neil and Eduardo Barreto are along for the ride, promising the kind of street-level, philosophically charged storytelling that has always made this character such a compelling corner of the DC universe.
