The Punisher #17

Frank Castle cleans up remarkably well — the cover by Declan Shalvey presents the Punisher in a sharp black tuxedo, cufflinks and all, standing stone-faced against a deep crimson background subtly patterned with repeating skulls. It's a striking contrast between formal elegance and barely contained menace, the kind of image that makes you wonder exactly what kind of black-tie event Frank has in mind. Becky Cloonan, Matt Horak, and Lee Loughridge bring their 2017 run to this penultimate chapter, and the cover alone promises something delightfully out of the ordinary.
