Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup cling to a plummeting roller coaster car — tagline and all — as a massive, witch-hat-wearing amoeba creature looms at the bottom of the drop, mouth agape and ready to receive them. Phil Moy's cover perfectly captures the frantic, fun energy of Townsville in peril, with a colorful fairground stretching out behind the chaos. Issue #49 looks like a delightfully wild ride for fans of the series in 2004.
