The Mutant Misadventures of Cloak and Dagger #10

This February 1990 Marvel issue throws Cloak and Dagger straight into a clash with the Uncanny X-Force, as the cover's bold tagline promises they're "at the mercy" of that team. Mike Vosburg's cover depicts a tense brawl, with a luminous Dagger radiating light-daggers on the left while Cloak's dark-energy form engulfs a pair of heavily armed combatants at center — and a second blonde figure crouches at the right amid a burst of searing light. Writer Terry Austin and artist Vosburg, with colors by Glynis Oliver, bring their full creative partnership to what looks like a genuinely wild team-versus-team confrontation.
