Coral City's scrappy, street-level heroes take center stage in this New 52 chapter from writer Gail Simone, with a cover by Rags Morales that frames the whole ensemble around a giant "Welcome to Coral City" sign under a moonlit sky. Batgirl swoops in prominently from the upper left — the issue even bills her as a guest star — while the Movement's diverse crew, including a member in a wheelchair, a caped figure, and several others in distinctive street-ready costumes, rally around and atop the sign in a defiant show of solidarity. Interior art comes from Freddie Williams II, making this April 2014 issue a vivid snapshot of one of DC's most community-minded superhero titles.
