“The Hunt For Green October Part 4”

In "The Hunt For Green October Part 4," Ray faces a brutal standoff with Neo-Nazis determined to extract the Mask’s location, unaware his daughter Emily is already wearing it during a chaotic Halloween rampage. As the Iron Triad and the Mob clash over the Mask’s power, Emily steps in to save her father in the only way she knows how—full throttle, mask-wearing chaos. With the threat neutralized and a fortune in hand, Ray and Emily leave behind the madness, locking the Mask away for good. Written by Evan Dorkin and brought to life by Peter Gross’s dynamic art—penciled and inked by Gross, with colors by Matt Webb and lettering by Pat Brosseau—this 1995 Dark Horse issue delivers a wild, heartfelt finale to the arc, with a cover by Peter Gross that captures the moment’s intensity.

The Neo-Nazis try to beat the location of the Mask out of Ray but he is unaware that his daughter, Emily, is wearing it on her crazy trick-or-treat spree. The Iron Triad and the Mob show up and fight the Nazis for possession of the Mask. Returning home, Emily sees her father in danger and beats up the bad guys in true Mask fashion. She gives the Mask back to her dad and Ray mops up the last of the Neo-Nazis. Putting the Mask away in a safety deposit box, Ray and Emily use the money they found on the Triad and mob members to fly off and start a new Mask-free life.
