The Man with No Name #3
Dynamite's 2008 continuation of Sergio Leone's taciturn gunfighter hits its third chapter of "Sinners and Saints," and Richard Isanove's painted cover sets the mood perfectly — a shadowy, wide-brimmed figure looms close, both revolvers raised and aimed directly at the viewer in a tense, dust-hazed standoff. It's a striking, low-angle composition that captures everything that made the Man with No Name compelling: quiet menace and the unmistakable promise of trouble. Christos Gage and Wellington Dias keep the spaghetti-western spirit alive in what shapes up to be a compelling ongoing saga.
