The Kilroys #35

The Kilroys #35 contains two stories: In the first, the Kilroy family attends a wrestling match at a hotel, leading to a comedic courtroom scene where they inadvertently become involved in a case involving an automobile that was supposed to have safety equipment but didn't, resulting in a "not guilty" verdict despite the judge's confusion over the outdated laws. In the second story, Jackson is pressured by his girlfriend to spend money on expensive shoes, but he repeatedly refuses and abandons her at a dance, ultimately choosing to relax at home reading instead—only to be surprised when his mother reports that Jackson has run off with three girls and a record player.
