In one story, the Kilroy family members arrive late to school and encounter an angry teacher who warns them of upcoming problems to be solved using "Theorem Six" on the next test. Another story follows Ed Kilroy, who becomes confused when his son names an anteater "Josephine," leading to comic mishaps including the anteater flipping his toupee and various family members calling for a doctor. A third story, "Jackson in 'All That Glitters Is Not Gold,'" depicts Jackson and a companion on a fishing trip where Jackson refuses to continue despite their six remaining miles, insisting that "what's good enough for Simple Simon is good enough for me," until Jackson discovers what appears to be a horseshoe in the water, leading to further comedic exchanges about its true nature.
Jackson can't figure out why he can't land a steady girlfriend—until a charming Southern belle named Mary Belle arrives in town and decides he's exactly her type. When she drags him into a whirlwind romance complete with movies and dancing plans, Jackson finds himself scrambling for cash and caught between his new love interest and an old flame he'd somehow overlooked all along. The Kilroy Krew watches the chaos unfold in this 1951 teen comedy tale about mistaken priorities and the girl who was there all along.
Natch Kilroy oversleeps after a brutal all-night cram session and accidentally naps through the entire school day, waking to find himself locked in the basement after hours. While Natch struggles to escape and contact his worried parents, the whole town mobilizes a search party, convinced something terrible has happened to the missing teenager. It's a comedy of errors where nobody knows where Natch really is—except Natch himself, who's trapped and desperately trying to get out.
Ed Kilroy tries to outdo his bargain-hunting boss by bidding on a mysterious shipment at a railroad auction, convinced he's scored the deal of a lifetime—only to discover he's brought home a trained anteater named Josephine instead of the automobile he expected. What started as an embarrassing mistake becomes an unexpected adventure as the family gradually warms to their unusual new houseguest, despite Ed's wife Emma's initial horror at the purchase.
