The Kilroys #29

The issue contains two main stories featuring the Kilroys family. In the first story, a businessman struggling to sell cars recruits Pop, a middle-aged man with sales experience, to help move inventory at a used car lot; when Pop finds a rare jalopy that two young boys want, his sales pitch leads to comedic chaos culminating in the vehicle being driven away in triumph. The second story, "Natch and Jackson in 'Let a Smile Be Your Umbrella,'" shows Jackson getting soaked in the rain while Natch stays dry with an umbrella, leading to a series of misadventures when they return home, including a bathtub filled with gasoline instead of water and subsequent domestic confusion.
