A concession stand worker cheerfully announces "We have four sizes… small, medium, large, and the Jughead size!" — and sure enough, a tall, dark-haired fellow (clearly our crown-hatted hero's alter ego at the snack counter) eagerly strides toward that legendary extra-large popcorn. Two younger kids look on wide-eyed amid a spread of popcorn boxes, candy, and ice cream signs, making for a wonderfully relatable scene of food-fueled enthusiasm. With cover pencils by Dan DeCarlo and a generous 128 pages of Riverdale fun inside, this 1986 digest is a satisfying grab for any fan of Archie's perpetually hungry pal.
