The guillotine dominates Sean Phillips's cover for this second chapter of the "Arcadia" arc — a cloaked, wide-eyed figure stands framed within its blade-track, rendered in cool, atmospheric greys that give the image an unsettling, almost dreamlike weight. The tiny silhouetted figure perched atop the structure only deepens the sense of scale and dread.
