The Incredible Hulk #3

In "No Man Is an Island!", Bruce Banner wakes aboard Walter Newell's boat only to vanish when they reach New York City. Newell, realizing his mysterious passenger was the Hulk, races to stop him before the green giant causes harm—leading to a clash between Sting-Ray and the Hulk, before the beast vanishes once more. Written by Roger Stern and drawn with dynamic energy by Sal Buscema, with inks by Alfredo Alcala and lettering by Denise Wohl, this 1984 issue features a cover by Ernie Chan.
