The Groo Chronicles #4

Book 4 of The Groo Chronicles showcases Sergio Aragonés at his most densely delightful — the cover packs an enormous crowd of wonderfully expressive medieval characters into every corner, while a central medallion focuses on Groo himself, sword raised and ready, face-to-face with a dark-haired figure in a horned helmet. It's a perfect snapshot of the chaotic, comedic world Aragonés and Mark Evanier built around comics' most lovably destructive wanderer, with lettering by Stan Sakai and colors by Tom Luth rounding out the creative team. "The Wizard War" promises exactly the kind of mayhem this series does so well.
