Paolo Rivera's cover for this fourth issue captures the Green Hornet and his masked partner Kato back-to-back in a swirl of signature green gas, weapons at the ready, while a determined woman stands her ground nearby and two men lie fallen at their feet. The moody, noir-inflected palette and elegant figure work give the scene the feel of a vintage pulp thriller translated to vivid comic form. Writer Mark Waid and artist Ronilson Freire bring their talents to this Dynamite series, and if the cover is any indication, the atmosphere is tense and the action is in full swing.
