Phantasmo and Whizzer stumble upon a seemingly abandoned yacht on the waterfront—only to find it secretly armed and crewed by ruthless pirates. When the crew learns the Olympia has been torpedoed with a treasure-laden cargo, they plan a deadly one-way voyage, leaving Phantasmo and Whizzer trapped. With the jewels at stake and time running out, it's up to the masked hero to outwit the pirates and stop them before they vanish into the night. Phantasmo and Whizzer discover what appears to be an abandoned yacht on the waterfront, but soon see that it is armed well enough to be a modern pirate ship. The skipper and crew surprise them, capturing them and attempting to take them on a "one-way" voyage when the crew receives news that the Olympia has been torpedoed while carrying some valuable jewels. It's up to Phantasmo to stop the pirates and recover the jewels.
