By 2017, DC's Hanna-Barbera reimagining of The Flintstones had established itself as one of the sharpest satirical books on the stands, and this tenth issue keeps that energy alive. The cover by Denys Cowan and Bill Sienkiewicz presents a striking image: a dark, armored figure looms in the foreground with its back to us, facing a dense crowd of anxious, shouting Bedrock citizens holding signs reading "Equal Rights" and "Fight the Power," with Fred Flintstone visibly caught among them looking alarmed.
