Barry, Wallace, and Avery stop the Black Flash from killing Steadfast, as the Black Flash has determined that all the other Force users must die because the existence of the other Forces is weakening the Speed Force. Barry and Steadfast then seek out the other Force users, Fuerza and Psych, to stand together against the Black Flash. Meanwhile, Captain Cold and Heat Wave recruit a power-enhanced Weather Wizard to join them to take down the Flash.
