Dell's "Robin Hood of the West" rides again in this 1957 installment, with the Cisco Kid and his companion Pancho pressed flat against a terra-cotta rooftop, revolvers drawn and smoke curling from the barrel as danger closes in below. The dramatic painting by Bob Jenney captures both men in tense, crouching action — Cisco in his signature black suit and large sombrero, Pancho in yellow shirt alongside him — against a smoldering amber sky. It's a taut, beautifully rendered western moment that makes "Yogi the Dogie" a fine pick from the Cisco Kid's Dell run.
