This collected edition brings together the original 2012 IDW miniseries The Cape, a gritty reimagining of the classic superhero origin story. Written by Joe Hill with art by Zach Howard, it follows a man who discovers his father's old military cape grants him the power of flight, leading him down a dark path of vengeance and violence. The volume collects all four issues of the series, along with the prequel one-shot The Cape: 1969.
