From the writer of Locke & Key, this IDW horror series delivers another unsettling chapter with issue #3. Zach Howard's cover is immediately arresting — a grotesque, monstrous figure in a rain-soaked uniform clutches rosary beads and a pistol while sheets of water pour down around it, its distorted face half-hidden behind a clawed hand. The cold blue palette and swirling flood at its feet give the whole image a dread-soaked, atmospheric weight that makes this one hard to put back on the shelf.
