The Brave and the Bold #1

This collection kicks off the 2008 revival of The Brave and the Bold, teaming Batman with a rotating cast of DC heroes across time and space. The 'Lords of Luck' arc sees the Dark Knight joining forces with the Legion of Super-Heroes, including Lightning Lad, Saturn Girl, and Brainiac 5, as well as Adam Strange and Blue Beetle (Jaime Reyes), in a time-hopping adventure against a mysterious cosmic threat. Written by Mark Waid with art by George Pérez and others, the volume collects issues #1–6 of the series.
