The Boys: Herogasm #3

Spinning out of Garth Ennis's The Boys, this 2009 Dynamite Entertainment issue brings the chaos of "Vegas" to life with a cover by Darick Robertson that's equal parts superhero absurdity and rock-and-roll mayhem. A screaming, elongated-limbed figure belts into a microphone center stage while a massive rocky brute pounds the drums behind him and a flame-wreathed guitarist shreds on the left — a band lineup only this universe could dream up. It's a gleefully unhinged snapshot of the kind of super-powered spectacle Herogasm does best.
