The Black Terror #24 is an anthology featuring the main story "Larceny in the Lighthouse," in which the Black Terror and Tim battle criminals smuggling contraband via a lighthouse, and a backup feature "The Crime Crushers" (a guest feature by "Aerial Acrobats"), which follows characters named Floopie and Steve as they become entangled in a dangerous situation involving stolen airplane designs and a bank robbery while attempting to deliver the designs to a client.
