The Barker invites some high-society guests to a party at the J.J. Blagg's residence, where his gang is secretly operating. When a rampaging elephant crashes through the party, destroying the venue and frightening the wealthy attendees, the gang must work together to control the animal and salvage the situation. The story culminates in chaos at a circus, where the elephant and its handlers cause mayhem, leading to demands for refunds from disgruntled customers and concerns about managing the unruly animals and crowd control.
