Again visiting John Rayburn, scientist, he recalls they shrank to mouse-size (last issue). Increase the formula and shrink to atomic size? They do, and plunk on an subatomic planet with two suns! Dogs are the superior race, and little green humans are pets. Rayburn is thrown in quarantine. Rex plays with a "pet human". A siren wails. Pop-eyed parrots attack the dog city! Rex dives atop the leader, Big Red, and sends him flapping. Rayburn is released just as the two return to normal size. "Someday we'll go back to the atom world, Rex!"
