The Wicked Wizard and the goblins bring the Fairy Queen who is in a magic sleep, to the Caves of Mystery. The gnome guards chase off the wizard and the goblins and take care of the queen. Peter joins them, but his magic powders don't work on the queen, and the leading gnome takes the Queen and Peter to Father Time who is finally able to wake her up
