The Adventures of Peter Wheat #18

Peter, Dragonel, Beetle, Mouse, and Sammy Sweet plan to recapture the Wheatfield Castle from the Hornet Knights, but must do so carefully and with safety in mind. When one of the characters suggests becoming a Hornet Knight, the group decides to use disguise and deception instead, enlisting wasps to help them infiltrate the castle and locate the Wizard who controls the bridge chains. As their rescue plan unfolds, Peter directs the baker's army and their animal allies—including two helpful wasps disguised as Hornets—to sneak into the wheat field while the baker's wasp-allies seize the Wizard and signal Peter to lower the bridge.
