The Adventures of Peter Wheat #15

Peter Wheat, Dragonel, and Beetle escape from the Hornets and take refuge in a forest, where they must survive without weapons while the Hornet Knights remain a threat. Peter fashions a makeshift sling and then a bow and arrows to arm themselves, and when Beetle is captured and taken into a cave, Peter pursues him with the help of a rabbit named Mouse and a helpful insect companion. The group works to free Beetle from the Hornets' trap and plans to outwit their captors by sneaking up on the Hornet guards and attempting to escape through a smoke hole.
