DC's self-proclaimed "America's Funniest Comic Book!" delivers pure slapstick chaos in this 1965 issue, as Jerry finds himself grabbed and restrained by a giant ant at a picnic gone very wrong — while the wild-eyed, broomstick-riding Witch Kraft comes swooping in overhead with the cheerful observation that ants can indeed spoil your fun. Bob Oksner's cover art is wonderfully expressive, capturing Jerry's wide-eyed panic against a vivid yellow backdrop with a spread picnic blanket full of goodies just waiting to be ruined. If you enjoy comedy comics that commit fully to their absurd premises, "The Cockeyed World of Witch Kraft" looks like a delightful ride.
