The Camp Wack-A-Boy Reunion Party is already going sideways on Bob Oksner's delightful cover for this 1969 DC humor gem — a blindfolded Jerry Lewis, fez askew, cheerfully gestures toward a "Pin-the-Tail-on-the-Donkey" poster while an actual donkey (complete with a kid riding it) barrels through the tent behind him, much to the amusement of the barrel-chested "Uncle Hal" in his red military uniform. The speech bubbles capture the chaos perfectly: someone thanks Jerry for "heading them in the right direction," and Uncle Hal good-naturedly redirects him back to the game — blissfully unaware that the real donkey is already loose among the crowd of scrambling campers.
