Texas Rangers in Action #9

This anthology issue contains multiple stories featuring Texas Rangers. "Ranger Recruit" depicts a confrontation between a Texas Ranger and a cyclone-riding outlaw named Rurales, who is arrested after jumping the ranger. "Border Jumpers" shows rangers pursuing outlaws involved in cross-border crimes, with a wounded Ted Burnham hearing an oil lamp explosion while unable to move, leading the rangers to track the criminals to New Orleans. "Kelly's Castle" features a ranger parachuting into action against criminals, engaging in gunfire and combat to apprehend the outlaws.
