Texas Rangers in Action #54

A Texas Ranger pursues an outlaw named Sam Ruskin through a remote mesa valley after trailing him three hundred miles. When Ruskin and his gang attempt to ambush the Rangers, a confrontation ensues in which the ranger is shot and left wounded. A local girl finds the injured ranger and helps him escape on horseback toward Mexico, where he can receive medical care away from Ruskin's continued threat.
