When Willy Nilly brags that he could become a movie actor just as easily as the famous child star Cuthbert Van Tyler, he decides to prove it by sneaking onto a film studio lot—only to accidentally wreak havoc on every set he encounters. But when his chaotic mishaps accidentally lead him to discover a pair of joke thieves trying to rob the studio, Willy and his dog Bobo get a real chance to be movie heroes.
