Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Urban Legends #6

Frank Fosco's cover for this 2018 IDW issue drops readers right into a brutal alleyway confrontation, with a massive armored figure — unmistakably Robotic Foot Soldier-like in its chrome bulk — bearing down on the Turtles.
