Usagi again encounters Kakera who summons forth the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles so their combined skills can assist him in restoring the mystical rock Kanemeishi before it awakens the great fish Namazu from its slumber. Jei attempts to hasten Namazu's awakening but the Turtles and Usagi oppose him. The rock is repaired and Jei is seemingly destroyed. Kakera sends the Turtles back to their own reality.
