Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #2
In "Winds of Change," the Turtles face mounting tension as Raphael grows restless in April's apartment, and Leonardo pushes for a move before they're exposed. Meanwhile, Baxter Stockman's reckless break-in at D.A.R.P.A. escalates into chaos, while Donatello's unexpected encounter with Jehovah's Witnesses at Casey's farmhouse adds another layer of unease. As Leonardo confronts a drive-by shooting and the violent aftermath, he's forced to reckon with a harsh truth: life is unpredictable. Written and illustrated by Jim Lawson, with inks by Jason Temujin Minor, colors by Eric Vincent, and letters by Mary Kelleher, this 1993 issue features a striking cover by co-creator Peter Laird.
