A Triceraton mothership approaches Earth, tracking a beacon. The ship, lost in space after attempting to trace the TMNT's Transmat signal, had been adrift and the crew mostly succumbed to a virus. Now, a small band of warriors remains, focused on their mission. Meanwhile, the TMNT and allies gear up and rescue Raphael. They navigate escape tunnels and face a starfish-like alien which kills Nobody. After defeating it using a bomb, they emerge from a cave, only to be met by a large military force awaiting them.
