Casey, Shadow, and April discuss recent events. Mr. Braunze informs Casey D.A.R.P.A. is responsible for Raphael's capture and explains his unique gift for acquiring information. He offers a plan to rescue Raphael. Raphael escapes confinement and discovers a room of alien specimens. Braunze shares his past with the Turtles, revealing he was a D.A.R.P.A. agent in the '50s, subjected to experiments which granted him mind-reading abilities. He faked his death using his powers. The team heads to Nevada, narrowly avoiding helicopter surveillance meant for another group observing D.A.R.P.A.
