Street racers transition from high-speed street racing to slot car racing competition. When one racer named Flip becomes obsessed with winning at slot racing, he modifies his car's controller and bearings to gain an unfair advantage. After weeks of preparation, Flip enters a 100-lap trophy race at the slot track, but his cheating is discovered when the race controller malfunctions during competition, nearly causing him to fly out of his seat.
