Teenage Hotrodders #19

The main story, "The Sandbagger," features Scot Jackson and the Rod Masters racing against a mysterious opponent in a modified yellow roadster that proves to be one of the fastest and trickiest cars Scot has ever faced. After Scot's heavily customized blue hotrod crashes into a tree, he realizes the other driver has won through underhanded tactics, leaving him wondering if the victory was achieved too easily. A second story, "Demolition King," shows a character in an orange hotrod careening off the road, with the driver reflecting on the expensive custom work that was ruined in the crash.
