The bold tagline "Seize Your Destiny" sets an urgent tone for this 2020 chapter of DC's Teen Titans, with Bernard Chang's cover depicting a dramatic cliffside standoff — three young heroes locked in fierce combat at the precipice while Robin dangles precariously below, gripping a dark, shadowy figure suspended over a dizzying drop. The tension between the fighters above — including a figure in pink and black, a red-armored combatant, and Kid Flash in his yellow suit — and Robin's perilous position below gives the whole image a wonderful sense of stakes pulling in two directions at once. Adam Glass and Chang's run continues to push these heroes to their limits, and issue #38 looks like no exception.
