Part of DC's 1998 "Millennium Giants" crossover event, this issue of Teen Titans throws the team headlong into a threat of colossal proportions — literally, as an enormous stone hand dominates the cover, dwarfing the heroes scrambling against it. The cover by Ron Frenz, Dan Jurgens, and Phil Jimenez is a kinetic composition: a flame-wreathed figure blazes upward at the top while a glowing, energy-traced figure floats at left, and a cluster of Titans — including a blue-energy-powered hero and several teammates bracing for the fight — hold their ground below.
