Teen-Age Love #4 is an anthology containing at least two stories. "Teen-Age Love" follows a girl named Marcia who must choose between two boys—Bill, with whom she shared a romantic kiss, and Dave, a kind and fun-loving suitor who proposes marriage. Though she initially believes Bill is the one for her, she ultimately cannot give Dave an answer and asks for more time to decide. "The Bond of Love" tells the story of Edna Hawkins, who meets Joe Braun, a man resembling her bus driver's brother, while commuting to her new factory job; they bond over coffee and a shared interest in boats, leading Joe to ask her on a date and eventually take her to see his small boat project, which he is working to waterproof with fiberglass cloth.
