Tech Jacket #6

The sixth issue of Image/Skybound's Tech Jacket closes out its opening run with a cover that crackles with kinetic energy — a dark, black-and-gold armored figure dominates the foreground, massive blade raised, while a gold-armored opponent meets the charge amid bursting explosions and scattered mech debris. Khary Randolph's art (signed and dated 2014) makes the collision feel genuinely electrifying, with Emilio Lopez's fiery orange-and-yellow palette turning the whole battlefield into a blaze. Joe Keatinge, Randolph, and Lopez have delivered a series that consistently pushes its sci-fi action aesthetic to the limit, and this cover is a fittingly charged send-off to the arc.
