Local Hydra director Elsie Carson joins forces with Team America to battle Hydra, who are trying to kill her. Elsie reveals to the Team the origin of their mental link powers, and explains that it is this mental link that creates the Marauder by infusing an unsuspecting individual with their combined skills. In many of the cases, that individual was Giorgianna, although she was always left with no memory of the event. After defeating Hydra, Elsie goes into hiding with her family, Wrench and Giorgianna get married, and Team America go their separate ways.
