In "Die Juwelen von Opar," Tarzan, injured and stripped of his memory after looting gold from the lost city, finds himself manipulated by Werper, who steals his pouch of jewels. As the Waziri return home believing Tarzan dead, they learn that Achmet Zek has captured Jane and set out in pursuit. Taken by the Beast-Men of Opar, Tarzan escapes their grasp, compels their submission to La, and begins a determined journey to reclaim his "pretty pebbles."

In the heart of the jungle, the smallest dog in the village and the smallest five-year-old child must rely on cleverness to survive the daily antics of the chief’s rooster, who delights in tormenting them both. When a sudden stumble during an attack sends the rooster fleeing, a long-forgotten eagle trophy comes loose—its sudden fall turning the tables in a moment of unexpected chaos.
