In "Stridsvagnen," Tarzan faces off against Överste Dark, who plans to conquer Africa one village at a time using a cutting-edge tank. With the help of the smallest inhabitants of the jungle—soldatmyrorna—Tarzan finds a way to turn the tide, forcing the soldiers to abandon their machine. But Överste Dark escapes, leaving the fate of the jungle uncertain.

In the mist-shrouded M'Rund Mountains, Tarzan joins a professor and his assistant on a perilous expedition to uncover ancient artifacts that shouldn’t exist. To reach the high plateau, he must first face Ntungo, the fierce guardian of the mountain pass, before discovering a hidden jungle within a dormant volcano—home to a forgotten tribe of Neandertalare. With the pass sealed by a sudden landslide, the team finds themselves trapped in a world where the past is very much alive.
