Tales of Suspense #37
In "Haag! Hunter of Helpless Humans!", a desperate publicity agent battles public backlash over a giant paper mache monster meant to hype a new film—unaware that the same spectacle is triggering an alien panic across the cosmos. Written by Stan Lee and brought to life with Steve Ditko’s distinctive art and Stan Goldberg’s bold colors, this 1963 tale turns a publicity stunt into an interstellar crisis. The cover, a dynamic collaboration by Jack Kirby and Dick Ayers, captures the monster’s looming presence with thrilling precision.
